When it came to retrieving my vehicle, Mrs. Laura Vaethjunker was very pleasant, thorough, and fun to talk to. Send documents via email and then once everything is ready drive to Würzburg and retrieve your new vehicle. They take the time to describe and set up all the features of your vehicle. They also had better pricing than the local military sales close to us in Stuttgart. I would recommend using Anthony and would go to him in the future if I was in the market for another vehicle.

This is the 3rd car I've bought from the manager in 18 years, the latest being an X1, which I've had for just a week. I love the car, just as I have the other two vehicles purchased in times past, one of which I still own, the 1998 having just sold after only one day on the base lot. As an American, I wouldn't purchase from any other dealership. Questions about specs, modifications, shipping, taxes, and the like can all be answered at Wuerzburg Bavarian Motor cars in either fluent English or German. The employees are more than willing to assist, particularly with required paperwork/licensing procedures for a smooth purchase.

I had an outstanding customer experience with Bavarian Motor Cars in Würzburg. My sales agent Ronan, and BMW Genius, delivery representative, Alina were absolutely phenomenal. I specially ordered a 2018 X5 M, and Ronan answered hundreds of emails and questions over several months while I decided on the exact specifications that I wanted, and again for the several weeks while waiting for 2018 production build slot, and finally for several weeks waiting on shipping and delivery. I actually started working with the BMW Military Sales office in Stuttgart, but ultimately gave my business to Bavarian Motor Cars in Würzburg because it was very obvious that their knowledge of BMWs, customer service, responsiveness, and commitment were beyond what I was getting in Stuttgart. Although not something they offer to everyone, at certain times of the year, or when an extremely expensive vehicle is ordered they may be able to work with a customer on a loaner vehicle while you wait for your car to be built. I was extremely fortunate, and could not have been given a better deal on a loaner vehicle. I drove the loaner for virtually no cost for three months. I was provided free hotel lodging the night before delivery, and on delivery day, I was provided an appointment where I was able to spend a couple of hours going over every single feature of my X5 M. Alina was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient while I asked lots of questions. I could not imagine a better delivery experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone considering a BMW through the BMW military sales program to work their purchase through Bavarian Motor Cars in Würzburg.

Ronan was the sales representative that took care of me from day one and linked me with Sharon who finalized the paperwork process. I never felt pressured, and they provided all the information I needed and made me a priority for all questions and concerns, and ensured all my needs were met. I even requested a change for the interior trim of the car and they coordinated the purchase of the item and the installation with the local shop, and was all ready on the day of delivery.
