Negative equity support.
Negative equity occurs when the outstanding loan balance on your current vehicle is higher than its assessed trade-in value. Eligible customers may receive additional trade-in support toward qualifying negative equity. The available amount depends on the vehicle, purchase and financing conditions.

How your vehicle is assessed.
