This was the best "New Car" experience I've ever had. They sat down with me and explained every feature of the vehicle and all the paperwork involved in the process. They have the ability to cater to children during the process that involves the paperwork and their facilities are the epitome of first class. I stopped by a few other dealerships closer to my area and they were more like holes with vehicles inside. Bavarian Motors has the best dealership, most informed sales staff and the most professional customer service staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. This was not my first new car but it was definitely the best new car experience I've ever had. While I operate inside of Germany this will be the only dealership I do business with.

Great option for those looking for a straightforward and seamless Military Auto purchase experience. Antony Jones helped me at the Wuerzburg HQ location and was able to help me navigate all of the required paperwork for me to secure two vehicles when I moved from England to Germany. Everything from the auto quote, to purchase and pickup was easy to navigate. Better yet, there were no smoke and mirrors, which is the part of the auto buying experience I dread the most. I bought US spec, so I'll be able to take these vehicles back with me to the States and BMW will pay to ship the vehicle the government won't. Overall great experience.
