Upon delivery, our Team consisting of BMW Geniuses and our BMW Group Trainer Sabine Cumiskey will familiarize you with your new vehicle, explain the required paperwork to you in detail, mount your license plates and answer any questions that you may have. A team member will then accompany you to the German Zollamt to process your customs form.
