After searching for a used car in the middle of December when inventory is a bit slim-pickings, Michael Cumiskey was my saving grace. I visited their showroom several times, and each time Michael was very gracious in sharing the ins and outs of car-buying in Germany. There was no pressure to buy, and when I finally did decide, he made the process very customer-oriented and hassle-free. I was very specific on what I wanted and he came through like a true gentleman. There was a small issue with the windshield and Michael went out of his way to get this rectified, and rather quickly considering the busy holiday season. Car-buying can be stressful but I have to say I felt no anxiety with this experience. Michael and the staff were very accommodating and assisted me every step of the way. I mentioned to some of my co-workers where I purchased my car, and two of them immediately mentioned Michael's name with rave reviews. Michael is a man of his word. I would definitely recommend him and Bavarian Motor Cars to anyone looking for excellent and sincere customer service.

Best car shopping experience I've ever had! My wife and I worked with Michael Cumiskey, and from the start were given star treatment! There was never any pressure to buy, Michael gave us every detail we asked for and thoroughly explained everything question we had from finance to process to pickup!

What can I say about this dealership? The experience was absolutely great! Mark was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first car. The thing that struck me about Mark was that it wasn't just about the sale for him, it was about the consumer being absolutely happy and comfortable with whatever car they were going to get. Mark helped me make an informed decision by providing detailed information about each vehicle I looked at. He had the car fax available, a detailed condition report (I purchased a used car), and even the original car sticker that showed the original value of the car and the exact options that it came with. Not only that, but he was honest with his opinions on the cars in his lot and only wanted the best for me as his customer. And this was for every car I looked at. After I decided on the car I wanted he helped me with the finances of it, the paperwork, and the German customs. Once it finally came to the point for me to drive my car off the lot, Mark gifted me a bottle of champagne and an assortment of goodies.
