I know that sounds kind of odd and many people probably don't go out of their way to keep in touch with a car salesman - but that's what separates Nate from the rest. It's more than a sale - it's the overall experience and Nate understands that a great vehicle is nothing if the experience wasn't the same. He is a trustworthy person that will earn your respect more than once and chances are you will make a lifelong friend in Nate as my wife and I have. I've owned 30 new cars or more in my lifetime and you always remember the best and worst sales. The great experiences i remember are from the cars we bought from Nate and a 1992 new Nissan Maxima that thr transmission failed pulling it out of a Nissan dealership before the ink was dry on the sales contract.

Love the car and feel I got a great deal, however, sense the customer service was not up to par with competitors. I highlighted concerns throughout the entire process that were left undressed for quite some time. The entire trade action was disjointed and riddled with miscommunication that caused a great deal of delay and frustration. It took over 60 days for them to process money owed to me after the sale. Some of the information I was provided regarding purchase of a demo vehicle and features of the car turned out to be inaccurate. The Sales Manager, Anthony, reached out post purchase to make things right and i am truly appreciative. He assured me that the hiccups were due to COVID-19 staffing reductions. I am confident he is working to improve the experience for others going forward.
