The first time was when we were assigned to the KMC in 2005 and bought not just 1 but 2 5 series! We returned to the US and came back to the Wiesbaden area in 2017 where we found Nate working at the Mainz-Kastel location. We were more than happy to buy our next BMW 5 series with him. The last one we purchased was in 2020 when we were assigned to Garmisch. It was not hard to decide to purchase our BMW X4 with him again.

Sales team was great. The was one lady who worked in the pick up area, she was very rude. She was in charge of the pick up area. She made me pay for my tires after one of the sales ladies who worked under her had said that they would pay for my tires. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to pay to replace the bad tires on my car. She made a great experience a horrible experience. She had no customer service skills or cared about the customers opinion. I would mention her by name if I could remember.
