I want to thank the Customer Care Team of Würzburg BMW Military Sales (Bavarian Motor Cars). Ms. Sabine Cumiskey (Care Manager) was GREAT! She handled the delivery process and presentation of my wife’s new BMW beautifully. The car was sitting in the showroom with a red bow on top when we arrived. The car was clean and shining like a new diamond. Sabine also presented my wife with some new BMW key rings with BMW logos for her key fobs, along with BMW umbrella and a bottle of Champaine. Sabine also had two others as part of her Customer Care Team. Ms. Huiling Song and last, but not least. Mr. Noah Muller-Wegmann. Huiling handled the final signing of the remaining documents and answered any remaining questions that we had. She was very professional and kind. Now we were handed over to Noah for the walk through of my wife’s new beauty (440i Gran Coupe xDrive). Noah was truly knowledgeable of all the car’s functions and settings. For every question, Noah had the answer. Once the walk through of the car was completed. Noah escorted us to the Germany Customs Office. He went inside and handled all the paperwork for us. Once we returned to the dealership. My wife and I said our goodbyes to Noah. He was Fantastic and incredibly fun to talk to and interact with. Thanks again to the entire Customer Care Team.

I do not know where to start. But here goes. Mr. Antony Jones is the Sales Agent in Wurzburg for Military Sales. I first contacted Antony within months of my wife being promoted to Principal and moving to Germany. But because I am still working in the U.S. I cannot join her until I retire in November. Antony stayed connected with me by email and on occasion by phone. Antony never tried to rush me on a timeline to order my wife’s BMW. He patiently waited for when I felt the time was right. Antony would keep me updated on any price changes or available options for the BMW I wanted to order. Now about 9 months later, I decided to order a 2023 440i xDrive Gran Coupe for my wife’s Birthday (Brag). When Antony said he would guide me step by step (and there were a lot of steps) He was not kidding. Antony is AMAZING! When I say Antony made the entire process seem effortless, I mean effortless. From connecting me with a Finance Agent (Ms. Menendez with Service Credit Union, who was fantastic), to Customs, to getting License plates as well as all the other forms, and documents needed for the purchase of my wife’s beautiful new BMW. I really cannot begin to express how stress-free Antony made this entire purchasing process for my wife and me. He answered all my emails without delay. Even when he was sick, Antony continued to make things happen. He is a true Professional from top to bottom. So, if you are looking for a GREAT sales agent. Mr. Antony Jones is your man...oh, I almost forgot. My wife and I decided to drive to Würzburg a day early from Ansbach so we would not be late for our appointment to pick up her car. So, Antony made reservations at an exceptional hotel for us that was less than 10 minutes away from the dealership at no cost to us. Again, above, and beyond our expectations. My husband and I went to the Ramstein location with a car already in mind. Lee met us at the door and had keys in our hands for a test drive in less than 5 minutes. We had come from another Bavarian New car sales lot, and there was no attempt to up-sell us on a more expensive car or a new car. Bonus point for a great laugh and straight forward attitude.
